Method of Application
Wearing out your jacket properly means it will perform at its best.
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean the surfaces to remove any loose gravel, dirt and dust.
Completely clean using water jet/wash or pressure wash.
Surface must be clean and dry before applying.
Step 2: Primer Application
For primer, dilute DRYFIKS® BituArmor with 25% of clean water.
Use brush or roll on evenly
Allow primer coat to dry.
Step 3: First Coat Application
Drift A full strength of DRYFIKS® BituArmor at the rate of ~ 0.25 L/m²
Apply evenly with brush or roller.
Step 4: Second Coat Application
Once dry, apply a second coat at right angles to the first.
Maintain same application rate.
Step 5: Optional Third Coat
If a better waterproofing performance is needed, apply more jobs.
Drying Time
Curing can take up to 24 hours depending on the material.
